I’ve been running a wedding video and photography company Octavo Pictures for the last 8 years but decided midway through last year it was time for a re brand with a new name and new ideas. In the last year both I’ve invested in new equipment and made the decision to make my work more personable.
To maintain quality from 2017 with Hawaiian Shirt I will only accept a booking if I am available myself as either the photographer or videographer. I’ve worked with some great people over the years but as a creative sometimes the only way to guarantee quality and the desired style is to do it yourself.
I also aim to get to know the bride and groom and the wedding guests better. I would love to do some more pre wedding shoots, night outs or pre wedding dinners. I am also hoping for a destination wedding or two where I can travel and really be part of the wedding experience.
I’ve keep the prices very reasonable to start, to build up the new brand but also to not rule myself out fun weddings which can often have a lower budget.
